Stainless steel jewelry will not rust, tarnish or leave green stains, but following these steps will ensure the longevity of your jewelry.

Clean with mild liquid soap, lukewarm water and microfiber cloth.
(Jewelry pieces including aluminum or zinc alloy parts should be cleaned with just a damb microfiber cloth!)
Avoid any harsh chemicals.
Bleach and chlorine can damage the surface of stainless steel metal, it is best to remove any jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools.
If your jewelry contains piercings, make sure to check the piercing balls on each (circular) barbell to ensure they don’t fall off.
Due to potential tangling, the (Spikey) Circular Barbell Choker should be stored on a flat surface or on a hook. In case of tangling, place the choker on a flat surface and gently detangle it.
